Refund and Pickup Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email frozengainsicecream@gmail.com and state your full name and reason for return.

Gelato Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

If you have been approved for a refund and have not received it within 2-5 days of gaining approval, please contact us at frozengainsicecream@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

At this time we will not ship anything to our customers. All purchases must be picked up at a location and time designed by Frozen Gains personnel at the expense of the customer.

Pickup

After purchasing and your order has been processed, we will reach out to you about collecting your order. We will work with you to specify a time and place where you can pick up your order of gelato.
